At Gleetoopin Art Gallery, we are committed to ensuring that your artwork arrives in perfect condition and within a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, charges, and procedures to provide you with a seamless shopping experience.
Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase to ensure you are aware of our shipping procedures and expectations.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the shipping destination, the shipping method selected, and product availability.
Standard Shipping
- Domestic Orders (United States): Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery time ranges from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
Expedited Shipping
- Domestic Orders (United States): Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
Overnight Shipping
- Domestic Orders (United States): Delivery the next business day.
- An overnight shipping fee will be added at checkout, based on your location and the size of the order.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may take anywhere between 7-21 business days depending on customs processing times.
Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Standard Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This promotion will be automatically applied during checkout for eligible orders.
International Shipping Fees
- For international orders, shipping costs are based on the destination country, package size, and weight. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout, and you will be able to review it before confirming your order.
3. Order Processing and Handling
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation, but please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in this email.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order status using the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL).
If you do not receive the tracking information or experience any issues with tracking, please contact us immediately at info@gleetoopin.com, and our customer service team will assist you.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we only support one shipping address per order. If you wish to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure that your artwork reaches you in a timely manner, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur due to factors such as:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Gleetoopin Art Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors such as natural disasters or strikes. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods or noticing that the package was lost. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For damaged items, we may request photographs of the damage for our records and to facilitate the claim process.
8. Incorrect or Missing Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your address after completing the order, please contact us immediately at info@gleetoopin.com, and we will make every effort to update your details before the package is shipped.
If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. In such cases, we may issue a refund minus the shipping charges.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, please note that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total price of your order at checkout.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or modify the order content. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not already been shipped.
